I would like to own my own dental office that I can call home and that my patients can feel at home when entering. I want to have an office that I can continue to grow to be able to have associates work with me. An office that's busy and productive at the same time as being trustworthy with a personal touch.
I'm hard working and a multitasker. I'm confident in my work but am also willing and want to continue to learn and get better. I feel confident in managing a staff with respect and still holding people accountable.
I am a people person and like to treat my patients like family. I like to have a good mix of having fun at work and being professional. I genuinely love the dental profession and enjoy working, which helps to create a good happy work environment.
