I am currently practicing in corporate dentistry, which has allowed me to assimilate to a fast-paced atmosphere right out of dental school. I am treating at least 2 patients simultaneously, along with exams for 2-3 dental hygienists at all times. I'm practicing full scope dentistry, including oral examinations and treatment planning for routine and emergency patients, restorative and cosmetic dentistry, oral surgery, endodontics, fixed and removable prosthodontics, orthodontics (Invisalign clear aligner therapy), preventative dentistry, pediatric exams and treatment, and periodontics I practice as the solo doctor at least once a week, coordinating patient care with dental assistants, business assistants, hygienists, and the entire office team to ensure a smooth, efficient patient experience. I am experienced with crown preparation for digital scanning and the use of iTero to educate patients about their oral health In the last year alone, I have completed over 90 hours of CE credits, with a range of topics: Extracted impacted 3rd molars at a clinical oral surgery workshop | Performed molar root canal therapy and crown preparation at a clinical endodontic & prosthodontic workshop | Certified for Botox injections in the head & neck area for cosmetic & medical (TMD) purposes | Certified Invisalign provider through the Invisalign fundamentals workshop | Completed office-wide practice management workshop to bolster communication and team function | Attended a 3-part series on the Doctor’s leadership role in the team & our responsibility of setting office environment and culture| Attended a lecture about managing pain in the opioid crisis by the renowned Dr. Stanley Malamed

After achieving my lifelong dream and graduating from UF College of Dentistry, I moved back to my hometown to start my career and get married to my best friend. My first year of general dentistry has been well spent, working at a Heartland dental office in Jacksonville, FL. I love to volunteer my exodontia services to the needy on free dental days. My ultimate career goal is to organize my own dental mission trip to refugee camps, especially in the Middle East, where I am from. For fun, my husband and I enjoy cooking together, traveling to experience other cultures, and relaxing at the beach.
