I have over 13 years of experience. I started my career in a low income community health center where I gained experience in extractions and dentures. This position provided me with great experience in working with the pediatric population as well. I then went on to work as an associate in a general practice where I honed my skills in crown and bridge and restoring implants. I started at my current office in 2013. Here I have had the opportunity to lead a team of seven. In my current practice, each day is different and I enjoy the diversity of the patients that I treat. Recently, I completed a CE class in placing dental implants and bone grafts. Additionally, I am Invisalign certified.

For the past six years, I have had the opportunity to lead a team of seven employees. My office worked with a leadership coach and I grew as a leader through this training. I am empathetic, caring, a good communicator, and truly want the best for both my patients and team members. Additionally, I am very organized, thorough, and detail oriented. Customer service is very important to me and I want each patient to feel as if they matter. Each patient is walked up to the front desk after a procedure to ensure there is a fluid transition to the next step in their care. Moreover, I am strategic and forward thinking. I review monthly trends and profit and loss statements and can therefore make fiscally responsible decisions regarding my practice.
