I value my past experiences in practicing dentistry as an asset. I transitioned from a clinic that predominantly treats kids to a clinic that treats adults. My versatility and ability to adjust makes me unique fit for a dental practice that can utilize my skills to serve a variety of patients.

I consider myself persistent, hardworking professional that always find ways to improve my skills to achieve my goals. I worked as an Associate Dentist for less than a year after which the leadership of Mint Dentistry recognized my hard work and identified my potential to be Lead Dentist in my organization. Today I independently manage one of the clinics of Mint Dentistry as a Lead Dentist. I lead by example for my clinical staff and office managers. I try to promote teamwork and servant leadership in my clinic.
