I fully understand that I am just beginning my career as a healthcare provider. I know that what I have learned thus far in dental school is merely a foundation to build upon over the duration of my career. I consider myself a student of the profession and find joy in continuously seeking to learn more. I also believe that I include my patients in their care very well. I understand the importance of patient education in order to achieve the greatest outcomes possible for treatment. Finally, I pride myself in the use of the latest technology. I have had the privilege of learning on some of the newest and greatest technology and equipment as a student at Midwestern University. Digital dentistry is not the only option or always the best option for patients, but utilizing the latest technology can offer services to our patients that certainly improve their oral healthcare experience.

I have developed most of my personal characteristics through my involvement of team sports my entire life, which culminated with being a four-year member of an NCAA Division III lacrosse team at Adrian College. This background has provided me with countless experiences that helped me grow and mature as an individual. I would consider myself a great team player, who can connect many differing opinions and positions in order to achieve a common goal that is needed in a dental office. Leading by example is something I have always strived for in life. I believe I maintain a strong moral compass and treat others with the same level of respect that I wish to receive. The skill to communicate with many different individuals is also something I pride myself in. In any relationship in life, if communication is poor or non-existent, it is very difficult to reach the level of success desired by all parties. Finally, and most importantly, I believe I am a caring individual that will never turn a friend or complete stranger away if they need someone to talk to or need help with anything in life. I have had tough times in life and I know that going through difficult situations is much easier when you have someone by your side than attempting it alone.
