I am a calm person who enjoys meeting new people. I am a very empathetic person and can easily put myself in other peoples shoes, I keep this in mind anytime someone comes to see me and they are nervous. I do all I can to keep them calm and make sure they feel and understand that I am there to help them and don't want to put them in pain. I do like to keep things light and joke around with patients to make them feel comfortable.

I have grown up working at my families' gas station in Whitehall OH, this has taught me many things about people and running a business. While growing up and working I learned how to get to know people in small time increments, for a little background info my families gas station is different than most these days. We have regular customers that are in many times a week and we have built a feeling that they are all part of the family and that we'll do anything we can to help them out and take care of them, including minor car repairs that we don't charge for. My point is that growing up with that my entire life is that I have learned the value of making your customers (or patients) feel like family and creating that kind of atmosphere where people are glad to come in and see you. (Which doesn't usually happen at the Dentist or when you need to fill up your car).
