I am a true leader, and have years of organizational expeirence where I have been able to hone in on both my leadership and team building skills. I am also very organized and outgoing. I believe that wherever I go, I represent that practice of which I am a part, and I know that my actions and demeanor are a reflection of the organization. I also appreciate the value of hard work, but never underestimate the importance of a happy, health work environment. There is no rason why working in a dental practice cannot be fun, even when there is abundant stress. Proper communication with both staff and patients alike is the key for success in the office.

I have an avid desire to obtain knowledge, and I always look forward to learning new procedures or technology. I also enjoy sharing any knowledge that I obtain from my involvement in organized dentistry or from CE attendance with the rest of the team in the practice. I have always been a balanced combination of independent worker and selfless team player, which I think makes me a great fit for a dental practice. I also enjoy contributing to ideas to make the practice increase revenue, and I like to promote an open, trusting communication environment. I am also the definition of personable. I can have a great conversation with anyone that I meet, and I pride myself in my ability to make anyone in the dental chair feel comfortable and safe - whether that person is 5 or 95.
