I would like to own a practice either as a partner or alone and provide the highest quality dental care in a comfortable, gentle, relaxed, and friendly environment. My dream would be to have a staff that would stay with me for my entire career. I love the idea of having a family dental practice with committed patients and staff all working toward providing the highest quality of dental care possible.
I have practiced in both the cooperate and private dental setting for 2 1/2 years and am ready to own a dental practice and manage a team. I am focused, driven, and have a strong work ethic. While that may sound pretty serious, I am very easy going and friendly in my work environment. I like to have fun in the dental office. I think it is a must to be able to enjoy the people you are around all day. Developing personal relationships with patients is my favorite aspect of dentistry.
