To be a lifelong learner. I love taking CE and implementing. I currently do a lot of my own endo, CEREC restorations, Powerprox ortho, cosmetic cases, etc. I am interested in doing implants but have not found the time yet. My goal is to treat all patients fairly and professionally and the rest just falls into place.
I see quite a few kids because there is a pediatrician next door. I know when to refer if needed but prefer to do all aspects of dentistry in house. I do endo, CEREC, ortho, cosmetics. After graduation I worked at Immediadent and the Marion County jail to become better with oral surgery and dealing with emergencies. I know what it takes not only on the dental side but the business side. I started a practice in August 2007 from scratch and have grown it more quickly than what I had set my goals for. I understand the cost of business, overhead, and productivity while providing comprehensive care for patients of all ages. My office is completely digital and paperless.
I have a good balance of work and family time and am pretty laid back and easy going.
